Wash the raw materials.

Wash the chicken.

Cut the chicken into pieces with a knife, wash it again with water and set aside.

Cut green peppers, hot peppers, and yellow peppers into cubes and set aside. Slice garlic cloves, slice ginger, and chop green onions. Set aside.

Heat the wok, pour in a little more peanut oil, heat the oil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and sauté the star anise until fragrant on both sides. Then add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.
