At this time, the male crabs have grown lazy and fat for the winter, haha (well, it may be hard-working, embarrassment), so the crab roe is very good! Fat! Beautiful! Eat it quickly! It happened that my uncle came to Shanghai to visit me and brought me a large box of serious Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs. They were all male crabs. I ate them so much~ It was so good~ I wouldn’t want to eat anything else!

  1. If you press the eyes of the hairy crabs you bought, the ones that will retract are alive, millimeter! No! Stay! Love! Throw away all the dead crabs (I get angry when I think about it, go to some SF Express school and refuse to deliver, two-thirds of them died!!!)

  2. Then remove the plastic sign on it;

  3. Don't untie the rope, put it under clean water and wash it. Oh~ Oh~ (If possible, you can keep it in clean water for two days. The few remaining ones of mine are dying... evil SF!)

  4. Then (orz simple dormitory equipment...) put it on the steamer with the belly facing upward (this is the least likely to lose nutrients, but if I put it with the belly facing upward, it won't be able to stuff it in orz...), steam it for 15 minutes over high heat! Super simple!
