Soak the clams in clean water for 3 hours and spit out the sediment

Heat oil in a pan, sauté chili, onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add clams and stir-fry until they gradually open

Add cooking wine, add very little salt after it is fully opened, sprinkle some pepper, and take it out of the pot!
