Divide the flour into two parts, add cocoa powder to one part and knead it into cocoa dough, and knead the other part into white dough and ferment it until it doubles in size

Take 40 grams of white dough and knead it into small balls

Take an appropriate amount of cocoa dough and roll it into thin sheets, then use a round piping tip to carve out small discs

Roll the small disc into an oval shape

Use the other end of the piping tip to carve out the panda’s eyes on the oval dough piece

Carve out two pieces, and the one in the middle can be used as the nose

Take a small round piece and cut it in half to make the panda’s ears

Apply a small amount of water to glue the panda's face and ears as shown in the picture
