  1. Add water to millet and soak for 3 hours;

  2. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes;

  3. Blanch the pork ribs in water;

  4. Add 2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp bean paste and minced garlic to the blanched ribs and mix well;

  5. Wrap the soaked millet around the mixed pork ribs;

  6. Place the wrapped ribs on the sweet potato pieces;

  7. Steam the sweet potato ribs over high heat for 35 minutes.
