Chicken Root with Green Sauce

This dish is quite calorie-dense, so it’s recommended to satisfy your cravings only once in a while. If you don’t have fresh basil leaves, you can use coriander instead, or use spinach juice

Chicken roots are also called chicken legs. The part of the chicken wings close to the body is cut open and scraped underneath. Add cooking wine and salt to marinate for one hour

Coat evenly with a thin layer of flour

Heat the pan over low heat to melt the butter, put the chicken roots in and fry

Fry the chicken until golden brown, add garlic slices and fry until cooked

Add a little olive oil and a little salt to basil leaves and make juice

Pour on a plate

Put the fried chicken root on top and eat with green sauce
