Farmhouse stir-fry
Overview
The weather is getting hotter and hotter, so I always want to make some refreshing side dishes, but not too light. This dish is just enough. It is a combination of meat and vegetables, nutritious and appetizing.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Shred the pork, add cornstarch and Pixian watercress, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes to add color and flavor; cut green peppers, carrots, and cabbage into thin strips, soak dried cowpeas in warm water in advance and cut into small sections, mince ginger and garlic and set aside.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color, remove and set aside.
-
Leave a little oil in the pot, sauté minced garlic and green pepper until fragrant, add carrots and stir-fry until slightly soft, then add cabbage and stir-fry for a while, add appropriate amount of salt.
-
Because dried cowpeas have a salty taste, they are put into the pot last, stir-fried and cooked through, and then removed from the pot.
