-
I bought two juicy tender radishes at the market. The fresh radishes we buy this season are the ones that can be pinched with your hands and have a lot of water, which is more suitable for making this soup. Buy a handful of freshly pinched pea tips.
-
Wash and shred the white radish. Cut it finely.
-
Put a little oil in the pan to moisten it. After pouring the oil in, turn the pan so that all sides of the pan are covered with oil, because we are going to cut the poached eggs.
-
Turn to the lowest heat, crack in two eggs, and fry slowly.
-
After one side is set, flip over and fry again.
-
Pour in appropriate amount of water.
-
While the water is boiling, we wash the pea tips. The pea tips in this season are very tender. So don’t pinch too many old leaves.
-
When the water boils, let's cut some radish.
-
Bring the water to a boil again and let's season it. Add salt and chicken essence, maybe a little more chicken essence.
-
Turn to medium heat and cook for another five minutes.
-
Turn off the heat and simmer the pea tips inside until cooked. After making the soy milk, it will be very tender, so you don't need to boil it and put it directly into the water. Just simmer it under the temperature of the water.
