  1. Prepare the required ingredients.

  2. Peel the dragon fruit and cut into pieces.

  3. Place in a juicing cup and beat until smooth and even.

  4. Add powdered sugar and yeast to the flour.

  5. Pour in the squeezed dragon juice.

  6. Use chopsticks to mix into cotton wool.

  7. Use your hands to knead into a smooth dough.

  8. Then roll it into a long strip.

  9. Use a spatula to cut evenly into sections.

  10. Place the cut steamed buns on oil paper and put them in a pot with cold water to ferment to 1.5 times in size.

  11. Turn off the heat 10 minutes after the fire boils, and then uncover the pot after simmering for 3 to 5 minutes.
