Stir-fried sweet beans with sliced meat
Overview
I used lean meat to stir-fry. LG said that stir-frying with preserved pork belly is more delicious. The pork belly does not need to be marinated and stir-fried directly to get the oil, then add sweet beans and stir-fry, then add seasonings.

Shred the ginger, mince the garlic, process the sweet beans in boiling water, and slice the meat

Use blended oil, oyster sauce, white sugar, white wine and cornstarch to marinate

Add oil and stir-fry the shredded ginger and minced garlic, then add the sliced meat and stir-fry until cooked and serve (the wok should be cleaned again to prevent the fried beans from becoming mushy)

Stir-fry the sweet beans for half a minute, then add the meat slices and continue to stir-fry for a few more times. Then add half a bowl of water along the edge of the pot, cover the pot and cook until the juice is reduced (salt has been added to the cured meat, so if the flavor is not enough, add some salt)
