Seaweed Sugar Bread
Overview
Some people will ask me how I spend my time during weekends. I smile and answer sleeping, or going to the supermarket, and my friends will faint, haha! I haven’t gone shopping to buy clothes for a long time. I work in Qingyuan. What I usually do when I get off work in the morning is go to the supermarket alone. When I go to the supermarket, I just look at the sauces and dishes. The aunties from several supermarkets nearby all know me. Sometimes there are new goods in the store. When I enter the store, they see it and tell me immediately, haha!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix the ingredients except butter into a dough, knead out a rough film, add butter and continue kneading until a thin film is formed, and leave it in a warm place to ferment;
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it;
-
Divide the dough into small pieces of the same size, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes. Take the rested dough to deflate and roll it into a long shape;
-
Roll up from the bottom to the back;
-
Roll up the remaining small dough and leave it in a warm place to ferment;
-
Take out the risen bread and score a line in the middle with a knife (try to use a sharp knife, my knife is not sharp and makes ugly cuts);
-
Brush with egg wash;
-
Sprinkle with coarse sugar and seaweed, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.
