Steps
-
Wash the beans, slice the meat (I blanch them in advance, and there will be blood foam), soak the mushrooms, wash and cut them into sections (this is not necessary, it just happens to be there, I also like to eat it). Stir the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and vinegar into a sauce
-
Mince garlic
-
Pour oil into the pot, heat it up, stir-fry garlic, and add sliced meat
-
Pour oil into the pan, heat it up, stir-fry garlic, add sliced meat and stir-fry
-
Add mushrooms and stir-fry
-
Add mushrooms and stir-fry for a while
-
Add green beans and stir-fry
-
Add water. The amount of water should be appropriate according to the noodles. However, pasta does not rot so easily, so it doesn’t matter if you add too much
-
Add the pasta, bring to a boil, turn down the heat to medium, cover and simmer
-
Once the soup has dried up, be sure to keep an eye on the middle to avoid overdrying it and causing it to become mushy.

It’s done, it feels like braised noodles
