Prepare materials

Soak dried beans in warm water for 3 hours

Cut the pork belly into small pieces, cut the beans into inch-long sections, and chop the green onion and ginger

Wash the pot, heat it, pour in appropriate amount of oil, turn to low heat, add pork belly and stir-fry

Fry until the surface is slightly brown and add the spices

Saute over low heat until fragrant
