Melt the butter over water and add the salad oil and stir evenly.

Then add the sugar and stir evenly to dissolve the sugar.

Beat in 4 more eggs and mix well, then add salt to enhance the freshness.

Continue to add black sesame seeds and mix well.

Finally add sifted low-gluten flour and mix well.

Heat the electric baking pan over low heat (a pan will work if you don’t have an electric baking pan), scoop a small spoonful of batter into the electric baking pan, then put a layer of oiled paper on top and press it with a round flat bottom.

When the batter is set, tear off the parchment paper and flip it over until golden brown (don't wait until it's crispy, otherwise you won't be able to roll it up).

Use two chopsticks to roll it up while it's still hot, and take out the chopsticks when it's set.

It becomes crispy and delicious when cooled.
