  1. Melt the butter over water and add the salad oil and stir evenly.

  3. Beat in 4 more eggs and mix well, then add salt to enhance the freshness.

  7. When the batter is set, tear off the parchment paper and flip it over until golden brown (don't wait until it's crispy, otherwise you won't be able to roll it up).
