Cut the sea cucumber into sections and cut the garnishes.

Prepare red and green peppers.

Prepare onions, ginger and garlic.

Heat the pan over low heat and slowly sauté the onions.

Add ginger and garlic.

Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add sea cucumber.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Add in seasonal vegetables and red and green chilies and stir-fry until coloured.
