  1. Cut the lotus root into thin slices

  2. Cut green and red peppers into sections. Dice chili peppers. Cut ginger and garlic into random sections. Cut green garlic into sections

  3. Heat oil in a pot and fry the pork fat until golden brown. Add ginger, garlic, and chili pepper. Stir-fry for 2 times. Add lotus root slices and green and red pepper. Add a spoonful of salt and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until it is 8 minutes cooked. Add the green garlic and bring to the pot
