Sautéed Squid
Overview
There are many ways to eat squid, including frying, popping, stewing and baking. Today I tried the soy sauce and it was delicious, a slightly spicy side dish.

Steps
-
Ingredients are ready.
-
Remove the spines from the squid, clean them, cut them in half, and rinse them again with clean water.
-
Drain the water and add a little salt to marinate for a while. (flavoring and de-icing water)
-
Cut the ingredients. (Because onions are fragrant, garlic is not used)
-
When the pan is hot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add onions and peppers and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry until cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly, set aside.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up, then add Zhuhou sauce and sauté until fragrant (it’s so fragrant)
-
Then add the squid and shredded ginger and stir-fry evenly (because the squid has a little salt and the sauce is flavorful, there is no need to add more salt)
-
After the squid is cooked, add the fried onions and stir-fry evenly.
-
Squid is easy to cook, and it will be 0k if you fry it quickly. (I didn’t put any onions at home so I didn’t put them in)
-
Finished product. Full of color and fragrance. Delicious😋
