Blanch the pork ribs and set aside.

Add water, two tablespoons of soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Add another spoonful of Heinz ketchup. Taste the soup and add more if it feels like it's missing something. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes and finally reduce the juice over high heat.
