Pasta with Mushroom and Tomato Sauce
Overview
My husband likes to eat pasta. At first, he always followed the Chinese method and fried the pasta like Chinese fried noodles. He tried it several times and was very happy with it. I don't think so. He just bought some Japanese Wagyu some time ago, so I thought about frying a steak and cooking pasta to let him try authentic Western food.

Break the broccoli into small florets, cut the carrot part with a hob, slice the bell pepper part, and cut the potatoes with a hob for later use

Dice tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots and bell peppers and set aside

Then add the drained pasta and stir-fry for a while, cover the pot and simmer for two or three minutes. When the soup dries up, take it out of the pot

Finally, here’s a photo of it being served with steak, paired with our homemade lemonade, it’s so delicious
