Overview

What a fat plaice. Eat two of the fish, one part steamed and the other part grilled. The sole is lightly marinated and tastes good, and the meat is tender. A very popular and healthy dish.

  1. Wash the plaice and cut it into two pieces.

  2. Score the upper part of the fish.

  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour over the cooking wine.

  5. Add green onions and marinate for a while.

  6. Remove the green onions and sprinkle with black pepper.

  7. Wash the onions and cut into rings.

  8. Line a baking sheet with oiled paper and place the onions on the oiled paper.

  9. Place the plaice on top of the onions and bake in the preheated oven. When the fish is cooked, the power is cut off.

  10. Remove and enjoy.
