Boil a pot of water, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon salt.

Add the pasta and cook according to the time on the package. Remove the cooked pasta, drain it, and stir in a little butter to prevent it from sticking.

Break off the broccoli into small florets, wash and blanch them, and put them into a juicer.

Add milk, cream, and flour to broccoli and beat into juice.

Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the ham and mushroom slices. Cook until the ham is colored and the mushrooms are soft, then set aside. (I only took pictures of sliced mushrooms and forgot to take pictures of fried mushrooms. You can just take a look at them)

Pour the beaten broccoli into the pot, add salt, pepper and chicken essence, and bring to a boil.
