Prepare the required ingredients. (I forgot to take a picture of the red millet pepper)

Wash the lotus flowers, remove the stems and leaves and tear them into small pieces. Rinse the rice cakes with clean water and cut them into 0.5cm thick slices. Wash the green and red peppers and cut them diagonally into sections.

Heat the corn oil in a wok until it is 50% hot, add the shredded pork and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the shredded meat changes color and the water is slightly dry, add cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

Add chili powder, white pepper powder, and shredded ginger and stir well.

Add soy sauce to color, season and stir well.

Add lotus white and green and red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Fry until cooked, shovel out and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of corn oil to the wok, add rice cake slices and add a little water and stir-fry until cooked and soft.

Add the previously fried meat and vegetables and stir-fry evenly.
