Braised chicken wings
Overview
I like eating chicken wings very much, and I must order them every time I go to barbecue. However, the chicken wings sold outside are very unhygienic, so I learned to make them myself. The first time I made it, I found several ways to make it online, and finally combined it, it became my own signature private dish. Haha~

Wash and dry the purchased chicken wings, make a few small slits on both sides with a knife, then add ginger, soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine and salt and marinate for ten minutes. (Remember to turn it over when marinating so that the chicken wings are more flavorful)

Heat the pot, pour a little more oil into the pot than usual for cooking, turn to low heat, put the chicken wings into the pot one by one, and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Then add star anise, cinnamon and red pepper and stir-fry for two minutes. Pour in hot water to submerge the chicken wings and simmer. Then add some salt, dark soy sauce and mature vinegar. While simmering, put the chopped green pepper into the pot. Keep the heat low when simmering.

Simmer on low heat for ten minutes, then turn to high heat, add MSG and garlic and stir-fry for another three minutes. Then the fragrant chicken wings are ready!
