Separate the egg yolks and put them into a small pot

Beat with a whisk until pale

Add milk and mix well

Place a small pot on the fire and heat over low heat, stirring while heating. Remove from heat until the egg mixture becomes slightly thicker. Place the small pot in cold water to cool.

Pour the light cream into a clean, water-free and oil-free large bowl, add fine sugar and beat until 60% wet foam.

Pour the cooled milk into the cream bowl and mix well.

Pour the prepared ice cream liquid into a box and place it in the freezer of the refrigerator. Take it out and stir it every half an hour. Stirring more than 5 times is best.

Chop cranberries and nuts and set aside.

After the last stirring, take it out after about 1 hour of freezing. Pour the dried cranberries and chopped nuts into the box, mix evenly with a spoon, shake it gently and place it in the refrigerator to continue freezing.

Freeze completely hardened ice cream.
