Prepare ingredients. Beef offal and radish bought in the supermarket. Prepare aniseed ingredients: star anise, cinnamon and tangerine peel. Prepare the sauce: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine.

Kill the radish and cut it into pieces with a hob. Be sure to cut it into large chunks with some thickness.

Heat oil in a hot pan and stir-fry ginger and garlic. If you like spicy food, you can add some dried chili peppers at this time.

Add beef offal and stir-fry for one minute.

Add radish cubes and water. Just cover the radish with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, then reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour.
