Crush the digestive biscuits, I use the more delicious morning tea biscuits

Layer the bottom layer of the cake mold with oil paper/tinfoil, mix the bread crumbs and melted butter evenly, and then spread it on the bottom layer of the cake mold

Whisk the egg yolks and cream cheese together, add the milk and flour one at a time, and mix well.

Whip the egg whites with sugar

Mix the beaten egg whites and egg yolk paste together

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for 10 minutes, place the mold in the middle and lower racks of the oven, change to 140 degrees and bake for 60 minutes

It’s out of the oven. It tastes better after being refrigerated. Pair it with a cup of tea~
