Spicy Grilled Pollack
Overview
Pollack is the favorite of the Korean people. Since this fish has a low fat content and does not taste fragrant, it is mostly cooked with strong flavors. Spicy is a common cooking method. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
