Golden cornmeal
Overview
I have a sister who always eats polenta at home, haha. Today, when I make polenta, it tastes like when I was a child. 40 years ago, my mother would use cornmeal to make it for her family. Many of them are delicious, such as polenta, vegetable dumplings, and cornmeal pancakes. Now, with the improvement of living standards, people have overlooked that whole grain cornmeal is very healthy and nutritious.

First mix the cornmeal with cold water into a paste.

Bring non-stick pot of water to boil.

Spread spoonful by spoonful into the boiling water and stir until done.

Take out of the pan in about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with wolfberry.
