Cut the Japanese tofu down the middle and then cut it into 1cm thick pieces.

Coat the tofu cubes with starch and set aside

Pour orange juice into the bowl, add a little salt and a little starch.

Pour oil into the pot, and when the oil temperature reaches 60% (when inserting a bamboo chopstick, bubbles will quickly form around the chopstick), add the tofu wrapped in starch, making sure to place it one piece at a time.

Fry the tofu until golden brown and take it out.

Leave some oil in the pan, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant

Add the fried tofu, pour the prepared sauce along the edge of the pot, and stir-fry quickly to coat the tofu with the sauce before serving.
