  3. Pour orange juice into the bowl, add a little salt and a little starch.

  4. Pour oil into the pot, and when the oil temperature reaches 60% (when inserting a bamboo chopstick, bubbles will quickly form around the chopstick), add the tofu wrapped in starch, making sure to place it one piece at a time.
