Overview
The black mushrooms and spicy black bean beef filling left over from making steamed buns were made into pancakes. The self-raising flour for the steamed buns was all gone, so I started using the dumpling flour. Pair it with black whole wheat self-raising flour and eat whole grains

Dough: 170 grams of dumpling flour, 60 grams of black whole wheat self-raising flour, 130 grams of warm water, 2 grams of yeast. Fillings: 170 grams of spicy black bean and black mushroom beef filling.

Pour all dough ingredients into a large bowl.

Knead into a smooth dough, put it in a bowl and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

The dough grows.

Take out and divide into 8 equal parts.

Flatten into discs.

Add appropriate amount of filling.

Wrap it in a bun and pinch it tightly.

Close the mouth downward.

Flatten into a cake shape and place in a warm place to rise for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the upper and lower plates of the electric baking pan.

Brush the base with oil and put in the proofed cake dough.

Close the lid and heat the upper and lower plates.

Uncover it after about 5 minutes, the surface will be slightly burnt.

Flip, cover again, and heat for 2-3 minutes.

When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and allow to cool before serving.
