Rice wine egg drop soup
Overview
I especially like to drink rice wine, so I often make rice wine at home all year round. The rice wine you make yourself has a light sweetness, is not inactivated, and is rich in nutrients. In addition to drinking it directly, I also like to use rice wine to make steamed buns, bread, etc., which are much more delicious than those made with baking powder. The egg drop soup made with rice wine is also very delicious.

Pour rice wine and equal amounts of water into the pot, that is, one bowl of rice wine and one bowl of water.

Use a little water to bloom the lotus root starch. After the rice wine is boiled in the pot, pour the lotus root starch into it. Stir while pouring to prevent lumps from forming.

Wait to boil again.

Beat the eggs.
-
Add lotus root starch and bring to a boil. Pour in the egg liquid. Once boiling, turn off the heat and add a few wolfberry berries to match.
-
If you like it sweet, just wait until the temperature reaches about 60 degrees and add honey. Don't put honey too early, as high temperatures will damage the nutrients of honey.
