Steps
-
The first protagonist, the big snow pear, appears. Because the pear I bought is relatively large, I only used one. This can be added as needed
-
Wash, peel and seed pear
-
Sydney is cut into pieces
-
Soak the white fungus and chop it with a knife (my husband doesn’t like white fungus, so I usually chop it into pieces and stew it, or you can stew it in large pieces)
-
I used dried lilies, which are available in pharmacies. They need to be soaked in advance to soften them, and then boiled in a pot for 10 minutes
-
Add white fungus to the lily pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Add rock sugar and snow pear cubes. Stew for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Put it into a container and add an appropriate amount of wolfberry.
