Put all the ingredients except the peach jam and butter into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process. After 15 minutes, add butter and continue kneading until it expands.

Divide into small portions, flatten and deflate separately.

Knead both sides together and rub the kneaded area evenly.

Tie into a roll.

Put it in the oven, the oven temperature is 36 degrees, and put a bowl of warm water in the bottom layer (the bowl should be a high-temperature baking bowl) for secondary fermentation.

When fermentation has doubled in size, adjust the oven temperature to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
