Chop the tenderloin finely, remove the shrimp threads and chop finely, add two quail eggs, shallots, salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce and mix well

Wonton wrappers are purchased fresh, and an appropriate amount of filling is placed on them (the wonton wrappers are thin, so you don’t need too much filling)

Cover the meat filling with wonton wrapper, roll it up again, then pinch both ends tightly and wrap into small wontons shaped like ingots
