Wash and chop green vegetables.

Wash the egg shells, break them into a bowl, and stir evenly. After preheating the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil temperature rises, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry until it becomes lumpy and put it into a bowl.

Add a little more oil to the wok again and fry the ginger until fragrant.

Then add the greens.

Stir-fry for a while, then add the rice and stir-fry the rice until loose.

Add appropriate amount of salt, Nande and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the rice is heated through, then add the egg cubes.
