Melt the butter and chocolate into a liquid state over water and stir continuously with a spoon

Mix the eggs and sugar until it becomes a thick paste

Add the egg liquid to the melted chocolate and mix well

Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the chocolate mixture and continue to stir evenly

Put the mixed batter into the refrigerator for an hour

Knead the batter into small balls of the same size, roll them in powdered sugar, and coat the surface with a thick layer of powdered sugar. (It is recommended to coat the powdered sugar thickly)

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. The cookies will crack naturally after being baked.
