Prepare all the ingredients. Soak the vermicelli in cold water first. Do not soak it too soft.

Add the fried tofu, stir-fry evenly, then add light soy sauce, oil, soybean paste, and a little salt.

Because fried tofu absorbs water, if you want to drink soup, add more hot water, cover it, and simmer over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes before it is ready.
