Avocado, egg and fish sausage sandwich
Overview
Avocado, Egg and Fish Sausage Sandwich Because I love avocados and am not afraid of getting fat, but I am too lazy and hungry and don’t want to eat too greasy, so I made a sandwich like this on a whim. The result is that it tastes really good (if you like meat, you can replace it with bacon🥓/ham🍗...)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Take three pieces of whole wheat bread and bake them in a pan (do not add oil). When the surface of the bread slices feels crispy, take them out and put them on a plate for later use
-
Since it is for two people, I prepared two eggs, added a little water/milk, sprinkled some peppercorns and onion and garlic powder, and beat them
-
Cut two fish intestines in half
-
Pour a little olive oil into the pan, add the egg liquid, fry the egg skin over low heat, then add the fish intestines and fry until the surface is a little golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside
-
Take an avocado, peel it, remove the core, and slice it as you like
-
Put the avocado into the first layer of bread slices, press it with the second layer of bread slices 🥑 (the avocado is very soft and can be pressed into a puree), then put the egg skin on the second layer of bread 🥚 Then place the fish intestines on top of the egg skin 🌭️ Finally, cover the third piece of bread, press it, cut it in half and start eating! 😄😄😄😄
