Wash the pork bones (I use barrel bones) and blanch them in water (I can usually buy native pigs, which taste better without blanch them), wash the corn and cut it into small pieces, wash and core the apples, cut them into four large pieces

Add water, you can decide according to the number of people and the dry water condition of the soup pot

Bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for an hour, and add a little salt
