Scrambled Eggs with King Oyster Mushroom and Tomato
Overview
Scrambled eggs with tomatoes is a very common dish. Beginners probably use this dish to practice, right? Since the dishes are very homely and ordinary, let’s change the shape, so I use large bell peppers as vessels to serve the dishes. It feels really extraordinary.

Prepare the ingredients and wash them separately

Pleurotus eryngii shredded into long strips

Cut tomatoes into cubes and cut bell peppers in half

Pour oil into another pan, add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry

Sauté until soft and add tomatoes
