  1. The fresh scallop meat on the scallops is just a small piece of open and close muscle, very tender. Wash the scallops, okra and bell peppers too

  2. Blanch the tape in water around 80 degrees for about 20 seconds

  4. Cut okra into small pieces, cut bell pepper into small pieces, mince ginger and garlic

  5. Put a little oil in the pot and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant

  6. Add okra and stir-fry for half a minute

  7. Add rice wine and oyster sauce
