  1. Mix all ingredients (all-purpose flour, butter, water, milk powder, baking soda, salt, dry yeast) evenly;

  2. Knead the dough vigorously for a few minutes until it becomes smooth. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest until it doubles in size;

  3. Wait for the dough to ferment to make puff pastry dough. Mix the ingredients for puff pastry and knead into sesame puff pastry dough;

  4. Knead the fermented dough several times to deflate the air, then roll it into a large piece of dough;
