Mix all ingredients (all-purpose flour, butter, water, milk powder, baking soda, salt, dry yeast) evenly;

Knead the dough vigorously for a few minutes until it becomes smooth. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest until it doubles in size;

Wait for the dough to ferment to make puff pastry dough. Mix the ingredients for puff pastry and knead into sesame puff pastry dough;

Knead the fermented dough several times to deflate the air, then roll it into a large piece of dough;

Place the pastry dough on the rolled out dough, flatten it, press it with a rolling pin, and spread it evenly on the dough;

Fold the dough on all sides, roll it into a rectangular shape, then fold it four times, back and forth four times;

Roll out the dough into a thickness of 0.2cm; PS: In order to save effort, I rolled out the dough in two batches

Cut off the corners, then cut into small rectangular cubes, and use a fork to poke holes in the dough;
