Cabbage is much more delicious when cut by hand than when cut with a knife.

Crush the garlic and finely chop the peppers.

Tear the cabbage into small pieces, wash and drain.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic and chili until fragrant, add cabbage and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir-fry the cabbage until soft, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, continue to stir-fry for three minutes, add thirteen spices and stir-fry evenly, continue to stir-fry for two minutes, then add salt to taste.
