Green garlic and egg soup
Overview
When I was a child, I grew up in a rural area, and my memories of the mountains will always be clear and unforgettable. In my memory, there are mountains, lush trees, and a clear and transparent stream winding down in front of the village. My family lives at the foot of a higher mountain. Every morning, I stand in my small courtyard and watch the smoke rising over the village, fascinated by curiosity. This small village surrounded by mountains and rivers brought me a lot of happiness in my childhood. In the summer, I wore the little flower skirt my grandma bought for me and sat on the rocks by the stream. The little fish in the stream gently pecked my little feet. There was naturally a big tree above my head to provide shade. I could play in this kind of time and forget to go home for dinner. Recalling my childhood, it seems like I am dreaming about that village child, but there are no acquaintances in the village. The creek is still there, the water is no longer gurgling, and the small fish, shrimps and crabs are no longer there. Later, I almost never went back to look at the small village where I grew up. There were only a few families in the village, none of my childhood friends, and the village looked dilapidated. Then let the first memory stay in the memory! Never go back to see her again. I wanted to make soup last night, and I was digging through the refrigerator. There were only a few eggs and a few green garlic sprouts. I suddenly remembered that when I was a child in the village, my grandma used to make egg soup with green garlic sprouts, and then poured it on the rice. It was so fragrant that I could eat a big bowl. It has been many years since I made it myself, but I always feel that it lacks the taste of my childhood. I don’t know if the garlic is not grown in the mountains, or if the eggs are born from chickens that have eaten feed, or because my tongue has tasted too many different flavors, and my taste buds are no longer so sensitive. Without further ado, let’s see how to make this soup! Very simple and tastes very fresh!

-
Then add a small spoonful of salt, pour in the scrambled eggs and cook for 1-2 minutes
