  1. Blend about four fresh shrimps into a puree, about 60g.

  2. Prepare 17g corn starch and 17g low-gluten flour and add 10g warm water and stir evenly.

  3. Stir the starch and flour with warm water, then add 33g of cold water and stir into a paste.

  4. Line a baking sheet with kitchen oil-absorbing paper, and use a piping bag to pipe out the dough into thumb-sized pieces.

  5. Cover the surface with another layer of absorbent paper, press the batter flat and place it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 125°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
