12+ Baby Homemade Seaweed Shrimp Crackers
Overview
I never like giving snacks bought outside to my children, and I insist on not giving them sugar or salt. I want to keep it for my child until he is one and a half years old. I heard that eating condiments later is good for the baby’s spleen and stomach. Therefore, we have developed homemade seaweed shrimp chips for your baby to eat, which is simple and convenient.

Steps
-
Blend about four fresh shrimps into a puree, about 60g.
-
Prepare 17g corn starch and 17g low-gluten flour and add 10g warm water and stir evenly.
-
Stir the starch and flour with warm water, then add 33g of cold water and stir into a paste.
-
Line a baking sheet with kitchen oil-absorbing paper, and use a piping bag to pipe out the dough into thumb-sized pieces.
-
Cover the surface with another layer of absorbent paper, press the batter flat and place it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 125°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
-
After baking, take it out to cool down and give it to your baby as a snack (I baked it in two layers).
