Cut off the nails of the chicken feet you bought and wash them clean. Boil water in a pot and pour the water from the chicken feet for about 5 minutes.

Take out the chicken feet, rinse them with clean water, and separate the big ones on both sides. (as shown in the picture)

Pour brine into the rice cooker, add ginger slices, add white wine and bring to a boil, pour chicken feet in.
