Garlic cabbage
Overview
I have become obsessed with bok choy these days, and it tastes delicious no matter how I eat it. Today I fried it with minced garlic and added 2 dried red peppers. It was slightly spicy. The fragrance of garlic and the green fragrance of cabbage were mixed together. It was delicious😋.

Clean and cut into three finger sections.

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil in a pot, blanch the cabbage until it turns green and take it out.

Cut the garlic and ginger into small pieces, and cut the dry red pepper into small sections. (You can leave it out if you don’t like spicy food)

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry the ginger, garlic, pepper and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Add the blanched cabbage and stir-fry twice.
