Steamed loofah with red dates and minced meat
Overview
The loofahs grown by local villagers are on the market. I bought two before May Day. I wanted to steam them and eat them on a whim. I also felt that the red dates at home were consumed slowly, so I cut some red dates and put them away. The effect was quite amazing. It is worth trying to use red dates in dishes.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork belly and boil it thoroughly in water. The meat soup can be used to make vegetable soup.
-
Chop the cooked meat into small pieces. The cooked meat is very good, but there is a little too much oil and water, which is just right for moistening my new cutting board.
-
Peel the loofah and slice it crosswise, neither thick nor thin.
-
Core the red dates, chop into small pieces and place on the loofah.
-
Soak the mushrooms until soft, wash and chop into small pieces.
-
Prepare some minced ginger.
-
Heat the pan, add the minced meat and fry until oil comes out. Add the minced ginger as well.
-
Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add light soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly.
-
Place the fried minced meat on the loofah.
-
Steam in a pot until the loofah changes color and becomes soft.
-
Sweet and delicious.
