  1. After the butter has softened, pour in the powdered sugar and mix well, then pour in the high-gluten flour. Knead the butter and flour evenly with your hands until the flour becomes coarse cornmeal.

  2. Pour in the beaten eggs and knead into a dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour. until the dough becomes stiffer.

  3. Depending on the size of the cutting board, divide the dough into 2 to 3 portions. Take 1 portion of the dough and roll it into a long shape on the cutting board. Roll out the long strip, cut off the irregular parts with a knife, and shape it into a regular rectangle. Pipe a long strip of bean paste filling in the middle of the rectangular dough sheet. Wrap the bean paste filling with dough sheets to form a long cylindrical strip.

  4. Brush a layer of egg wash on the surface of the long strip, and sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Use a knife to cut the strip into equal lengths.
