Prepare the ingredients.

Add a little water to the cornstarch and mix well. Set aside.

Peel the carrots, remove the seeds from the green peppers, and slice all the carrots, green peppers, and water chestnuts.

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry carrots and green peppers.

After color changes, add water chestnuts.
